At Fastblue we have continued to evolve and we plan to help our clients in 2014 through providing them with the ultimate provider experience, built on the following 4 principles: relentless customer support, personal ownership, action, and growth. We will strive to increase the relevancy IT holds to your company and will utilize a personal relationship model to help your business evolve, and innovate. Fastblue is built around you, our clients. We excel when we help our clients make educated purchasing decisions.

The cloud is no longer a term used for the future, but it is a service that is used by virtually all of our customers today. Whether it is outsourced email, data storage, or the business’s full operating systems we plan to ensure that your services are met in a timely and effective manner. To achieve this goal we are going to be working with our clients to ensure redundancy where possible, to arm them with carrier support information, and to provide them with a monthly update of unique and applicable services.

Here are a few of our goals for 2014:
– Provide our clients with a Downtime Readiness Certification
– Update Customer Document Sheets to assure better support and understanding of provided services
– To provide monthly updates regarding industry news and applicable services
